It’s simple, who you are, and what you accomplish in life boils down to the conversations you have with yourself, your nonverbal communication, and the way you communicate with others. As a certified coach, I use my communication expertise to help my clients communicate at their highest level. My specialty lies in helping individuals learn how to overcome setbacks such as divorce or another type of life-changing loss and helping them learn how to communicate through these high conflict situations.
